Job Description
We are looking for motivated and career-focused professionals to join our Business Development, Field Sales and Marketing team. This opportunity is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 5 years of experience who are interested in building a career in sales, marketing and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking and direct customer interactions.
• Handle face-to-face customer acquisition and promote products or services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Participate in B2B and B2C sales and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct product or service presentations and effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Identify new markets, leads and potential business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and support the complete sales process from lead generation to conversion.
• Achieve assigned daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support campaign and business growth objectives.
